Notes to Rental:
Payment methods - cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (charge will apply to Paypal). Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required - minimum of £100 to secure booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking then full payment is required. Cancellation policy - Up to 8 weeks of arrival date - no charge (except non-refundable deposit), 4 - 8 weeks 50% of total payment refunded, less than 2 weeks - no refund given. A £100 security bond Refundable) is also required in the unlikely event of any breakages etc. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
It is advisable that the client obtains their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. In the event that the owner cancels then all monies will be refunded. All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith and these terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
Linen and house towels are included. Beach towels not provided. On day of arrival you shall have access to the property no later than 4pm. We ask that on departure you vacate the property by 12pm. If there is no arrival/departure expected on your day of arrival/departure we can be flexible with the arrival/departure time. The final decision is left with the key holder.
